Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery typically takes approximately 2–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak holiday periods.
Discreet Shipping
Your privacy is very important to us. All WetBlessing orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product names, logos, or descriptions on the outside of the package.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and our support team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
